This reference guide was created to help foster and kinship carers quickly locate information regarding common questions that may arise during their experience caring for children and young people in out-of-home care.
The guide utilises internet hyperlinks due to the dynamic nature of the information provided and the consequent possibility that policy changes or new information will be unreflected in hard copy documentation.
The guide is current as at March 2017 and will be updated annually to reflect any changes to the information provided.
