Foster Care Budget Advocacy

Early in March 2018, The Foster Care Association wrote to Treasurer Tim Pallas, urging him to include funding for important reforms to support current and future foster care, in the upcoming state budget.

We are disappointed that the Treasurer's response does not outline any specific proposals for much needed funding and reform.

We will be watching the Budget announcement on May 1 and we’ll keep you updated on any progress for foster care.
