New Children's Gallery at Melbourne Museum - Free Membership

On Sunday, Melbourne Museum opened the brand new Pauline Gandel Children’s Gallery specially designed for babies to 5 year olds and their carers.

Minister Mikakos is launching the Museum Generation Initiative where every baby born, fostered or adopted in 2017 will receive a free 6 month household membership to Museums Victoria (this includes Scienceworks, Melbourne Museum and Immigration Museum). This offer is in partnership with Maternal Child Health (Municipal Association of Victoria).

The Memberships will be distributed via the Maternal Child Health Network at the 8 week old check-up. Any families who may miss this can call Melbourne Museum directly. Families register for their membership online. They have until December 2018 to register.
