Becoming a Board Director

 

At our AGM in September 2021, there will be four (4) vacancies to join the board. FCAV full members will elect four (4) Directors (as at the date of publication of this notice) that will serve for a period of three (3) years. These elected people will not only have a passion and commitment to improving the outcomes for children in care, but also be interested in making a difference through involvement at an organisational and State level. We encourage anyone from an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Island background, or with skills in legal, grant writing, fundraising or running advocacy campaigns particularly, to apply for nomination as a board director. 

 

Nominations must be received in writing at the FCAV office either by email at admin@fcav.org.au or mailed to FCAV, Ground Floor, 2 Greenwood Street Abbotsford VIC 3067 no later than 4pm on Friday 6th August 2021.
